SPAIN, A STEP FORWARD TO DIGITAL SOLUTIONS

11-15 SEPTEMBER 2009

 

Next 11th of September begins IBC 2009 in Amsterdam. the global event in the broadcast and electronic industry. AETIC aware of the importance of the show returns to coordinate the top of the Spanish companies of the sector.


From 11th until 15th of September, 27 Spanish companies will show their latest innovative products. During the 5 days of the event IBC is expecting something more than 50,000 visitors. Last year about 49,000 people could appreciate the latest innovation in digital technology sector shown in the 45,000 square meters of exhibition. With participating from 130 different countries, the Spanish speakers were able to interact with visitors from all over Europe, especially Eastern Europe and Scandinavia. A smaller presence was observed for Africans and Latin Americans Countries.

These figures show that IBC is one of the best showcases at the European level for our exporters. Last year it is estimated that by the end of the show is expected that the number of contracts involving an anticipated value of 1,300,000 € mñas benefits for our companies to over 2009.


Aware of the importance of the exhibition for the promotion of Spanish technology sector, AETIC, with the help of the Spanish Institute of Foreign Trade (ICEX) and Autonomic Institutions organized the Spanish Pavilion at IBC 2009. In this way, each exhibitor can find the exhibition area that best satisfied his neediness under the common slogan “España, Technology for Life”.

 

The aim of the slogan is to reinforce the image of quality and competitiveness of  Spanish products and solutions that will show for our exhibitors. The fact that Spanish companies are distributed across 12 pavilion of  IBC exhibition, is a clear indication of the ability of the Spanish industry that every year increasing its production, showing the innovative capacity of the Spanish market in the  international context.
