AETIC cooperate with Technology Review to promotes the Spanish Technological Sector

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has reached an agreement with the Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade (ICEX) to write some articles about Spanish technology to publish them in its journal Technology Review. Technology Review is the senior member in all the technological magazines over the world and has been publishing since 1899. With the expansion of its international editions, newsletter and events, it reaches to more than two million industrial leaders. Now, with the creation of new informative events inside their website they want to bet for the new communication channels that the net offers in order to promote the information about the world’s technological supply.

With this aim, AETIC has been working with The Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade to coordinate interviews with American journalists. They have visited a group of Spanish companies, the most representative ones in each subsector of Spanish technology. With this information they have made the contents for their microsite which it is available in www.technologyreview.com/microsites/spain/ This website will reinforce the Spanish image through different thematic channels. Til now, biotechnology and aerospace subdivisions have web channels which allow them to know the latest advance on these areas.

With this initiative they promote the participation of Spanish companies in a worldwide world and to make first-hand information about the Spanish technology. The channel will count with in-depth interviews, videos and a special sub section with every sub division that covers the Spanish Technological Sector. In this area, the Foreign Trade department of AETIC has cooperated with the magazine to write these articles.
